Benefits of utilizing a retainer
If you plan to utilize our services over the course of
several months, you may wish to establish a retainer with
us; doing so will reap the following benefits:

SOHO Advantage
If you are a one to three-person company that has been
in business for 5 years or less, you are entitled to a
10% discount on all services we provide with a quarter
hour billing minimum. This benefit is not cumulative with
any of the retainer benefits.
- A written proposal/quote is available upon
request. Depending on the nature of the project
we can work with fixed investments, and
investments not to exceed a given amount.
- None of the services listed includes hardware or
any software utilized to provide or benefit from
the service.
- None of the rates reflects Pennsylvania sales
tax; all of the services we provide are taxable
within the state of Pennsylvania.
- Any service whose known or estimated value
exceeds $499 requires a written contract and a
40% deposit with milestone payments, and payment
upon completion. We require a deposit equal to
the cost of services and product we do not
provide. We also reserve the right to ask for a
signed contract under any circumstances.
- All web hosting services require payment for
three months up front, along with a written
contract; minimum contract duration is for three
months.
- Unless specified, hourly rates require a one hour
minimum; we bill on quarter hour increments after
the minimum billing time has been met.
- Any billing handled outside of deposits,
milestone payments, and completion payments are
due net fifteen.
- Charges for toll telephone calls and postage is
billed at cost.
- PMP Computer Solutions retains the copyright to
all software created in any programming project,
including Intranet and Intranet, unless specific
arrangements and considerations are made prior to
the start of the project.

Application
specifications include all of the necessary
language-independent materials system
level flow charts, application level flow charts,
system design guidelines, and application design
guidelines for any programmer to utilize
in the coding, testing, and implementation of an
application. |

supported include Clarion, Clipper, COBOL,
Delphi, Pascal, UniBasic, and Visual Basic for
Windows. Current platforms supported include
Windows 3.xx, 95, NT, and Unix. Application
specifications must be provided. We make use of
R.A.D. language features to speed development

operating systems, and porting in the spheres of
